LESSONS I HAVE LEARNT IN LIFE.

These are the lessons I have learnt in life. They have changed and revolved my life to some extent. Do feel free to add on to this list...

(1) Do not CRITICISE others.

(2) Learn to be patient. Patience does more good than harm.

(3) Respect others, especially your elders;superiors;seniors and immediate bosses.

(4) Do what is required of you and be willing to put in the extra effort and go the extra mile when the time and need arises.

(5) Be considerate and think about others. Your actions, deeds and words might HURT OTHERS although we might not know and be aware of it ourselves.

(6) Do not talk behind other people's backs. SIMPLY: Do not gossip about others, especially when they are surrounding us.

(7) Do not be BACKSTABBERS ALSO.

...TO BE CONTINUED...

Thanks,Averil for that comment. I forgot to indicate something else also. I HATE RACISTS. Whoever who talks ill or condemn race will NOT be spared. You know what will automatically occur for those who have known me very well. For those who are new, you will get to know along the way and your quest to discover my true self.

You make it sounds like that you are inviting those "new" to provoke you so as to "know along the way and your quest to discover my true self".

i beg to differ on the part about not criticizing others.

If your friends are not doing something correctly, not doing something well, or just having the wrong attitude, i think you should criticize them, else they won't know their error.

I'm not saying you should scold them. rather, bring them to a corner and tell them firmly that what they're doing is not correct(not beat them up!)

The bible says encourage people openly, but correct them privately.(can't find that verse at this point of time). Therefore, you should criticize, but do it in love, for their good. Else you won't be helping your friend.

other substitute verses:
Proverbs 13:18 He who ignores discipline comes to poverty and shame, but whoever heeds correction is honored.

She give wise comments men! and well, what she said is very true :)

even if you don't take it in the biblical sense.

Everything should be done out of goodwill. A world like this will be wonderful. Though people can be skeptical about achieving this, i believe it could happen.

cheers. have a nice wkend.

If what is said to you is pleasant to your ears, that will be advice. If what is said to you is not pleasant to your ears, that will be criticism.
